TRUTH) and in DIMENSIONS OF QUALITY (COURTESY, READINESS, CONVENIENCE, SPEED, etc.) that
later are transformed in KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) to measure the CLIENTS
SATISFACTION, with periodic evaluations through QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH, in such a way that
they will participate in the PROCESSES, with preventive and corrective actions.
Total Quality
Evaluates the relationship between the
several areas of a company and its impact on the employees of the front line (attendance,
sales, technical assistance, etc.), having as the main focus the means used by the company
for the customers' satisfaction.
