Evaluates the impact of an ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN (on TV, radio stations, newspapers, magazines, etc.) about a potential market or the current one.

Subsidizes the elaboration of advertising campaigns.

 

 

Satisfaction

Proposes the survey of BASIC REQUIREMENTS, through QUALITATIVE RESEARCH. Those requirements are in THE CUSTOMER'S CYCLE (MOMENTS OF TRUTH) and in DIMENSIONS OF QUALITY (COURTESY, READINESS, CONVENIENCE, SPEED, etc.) that later are transformed in KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) to measure the CLIENTS’ SATISFACTION, with periodic evaluations through QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH, in such a way that they will participate in the PROCESSES, with preventive and corrective actions.

 

 

Total Quality

Evaluates the relationship between the several areas of a company and its impact on the employees of the front line (attendance, sales, technical assistance, etc.), having as the main focus the means used by the company for the customers' satisfaction.
